माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट के लिए आवेदन करने से पहले ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट (Transfer Certificate) के लिए आवेदन करना अनिवार्य है। ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त करने के बाद ही माइग्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट के लिए आवेदन करें तथा आवेदन करते समय ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट की प्रति अपलोड करें। ट्रांसफर सर्टिफिकेट के लिए आवेदन करने पर किसी भी प्रकार की फीस नहीं लगेगी ।

( Before applying for the Migration Certificate, it is mandatory to apply for the Transfer Certificate (TC) first. After receiving the Transfer Certificate, apply for the Migration Certificate and upload a copy of the Transfer Certificate while applying. No fee will be charged for applying for the Transfer Certificate.)
